Contact

Greetings! and thank you for taking a moment to check out the contact link.

I am a data scientist who models infectious diseases, particularly weekly hospital admissions and daily emergency department visits due to infection with influenza, COVID-19, and RSV, across the US and using renewal models.

If you are curious, you will likely see some of my recent activities captured in one or more of the following GitHub repositories, which my team maintains:

This site (at present, barren!) is intended to be a collection of my data-science related learnings (how-to’s and explanations) and of the projects, references, and tutorials I have created.

Paleontology and genetics most capture my intrigue, though there are so many other disciplines that enliven me. On this site, expect to encounter diversity in my posted material.

Please reach out to me via email if you would like to interact with me or to collaborate on a project you believe would be mutually beneficial. Please also reach out if you have found errors on this site or with claims I made in person. If you would like to collect, catalog, or prepare fossils together, let me know; these labors make for very nice conversational environments.
